Oh wow, that would be a bit of a mess. Never heard of it pushing against an organ. I know lots of pups used to come to the clinic with undescended testicles. Our doc would give them a couple months to see if they would drop before neutering. But at least 50% of the time they never fell. It always tickled me b/c 9 times out of 10 the owners would get really mad b/c they had chosen this male pup to breed, but bought the pup without ever checking to be sure that the testicles were down. What was funny was that these people had no dog experience, let alone any business trying to breed. They were just out to make a quick buck. ~Lacey
