It might have been the vet. I am not real sure about stuff like that. We have a real good vet. Well I like him, Remy would rather never go to the vet at all. :)! But oh well he has to go and I do like him so there you go, what can you do? Shena.

I am glad your baby didnt have any pain. I sometimes wonder if the vet we had at the time could have been at fault.

I had Remy fixed because neither of his testicles dropped. We did not have any problems at all. We had to run from a Hurricane the next day and he had no problems in the car or for the 20 hour drive. He had the stiches that disolved, again no problem. I am glad of that too. I would have felt so guilty about the whole thing if he had been in any kind of pain. Still it turned out ok. Shena.

I had a little mixed breed dog (part Yorkie/Pom) who had that problem. The surgery was very hard on him. The condition is called cryptorchid (spelling as it sounds cause I dont know how to spell it). He was so sore for almost a week he would just stand and shake. I felt so sorry for him. He was too sore to lay down. If I had known I dont know if I would have had him fixed. It just hurt him so bad. I dont know if that condition is hard on a dog or not so would have had to look into it.
Hugs. Rocky
