This you need someone willing to help......... Put a leash on the dog, have squirt bottle in hand.  Open door to admit person when dog lunges at person, yank hard on leash and squirt, at the same time say No or even better ECK in a course loud gruntal tone.  Dogs do not like ECK at all. Yank the leash hard enough to knock her off her feet.      Sounds cruel,  not really, only takes a few times and I don't mean to yank the leash so to cause damage, just enough to get her off balance.   The next question is, does she continue to act this way after the people are in and socializing or just when they enter?
