Yes, kids grow up so fast, don’t
they! Cannot remember when mine were little, and it was not that long ago
LOL.
I envy you a little, I wish I was in a condominium; I
get tired of dirt roads, coyotes and cows LOL. I was raised in the city,
when I got married 10 years ago, we moved to this farm. I really hate the
coyotes; I seem to be missing some of my wild cats every now and then. You
would laugh if you saw me talking to the chickens today, -I never get the eggs,
my husband does that, but he was gone and a lady wanted some, so I went out and
waded in chicken poo to get the eggs out of their nest. I was even
laughing at my self, I was calling them sweeties.
Since I got you here, got a couple of questions---Pizza
has those extra claws, should I remove them? In addition, I have never pottied-trained
Trixie-Should I put her in the dog carrier-Let her out in the morning-then put
her back in there with food while I am at work? I feel guilty doing that,
because I feel she would not have much room to move around, but I do hate her
peeing in my kitchen. That darn dog pees in the kitchen but poo poos
outside LOL-go figure. I need to do that with pizza too, of course right
now it is not so bad because he poo poos and pee pee is a little. However,
he needs to learn too. I value your opinion—if you say yes—I will
do that starting tonight... I guess I need a second opinion LOL

Thank you for the compliments, of course I
am crazy about that chi!
I am 43 but live in a condo. I belong on a farm
because I would love
to have as many animals as you do :-). My son is
now 16, but he
thought we should keep the "superhero" name
tradition going. I think
it has had its run *LOL*! It is good you watch
Pizza and don't let
him run outside alone. I never thought about owls
and hawks until I
saw the outer part of my breeder's kennel. She
lets the dogs out in
groups for exercise and the fenced yard has
chicken wire over it.
When I asked she mentioned the birds of prey. Harvey
is walked on a
leash but when I let him run around my sister's
yard I stay outside
with him.
It is hard to diet dogs, I don't envy you
that. My oldest cat has
become overweight from being sedentary but the vet
said not to try
to put her on a diet. It is hard to get her
stimulated much but we
try to exercise her when we can.
Kids are so cute at 5 and 8, enjoy it
because they grow up so fast!
