Of course that would never happen, not saying it shouldn't, just it wont, lol. However, we all can and should make efforts to contact our lawmakers, congress, senators/reps, ect and encourage them to pass stricter animal cruelty laws if they want our votes! The grassroots movement is where it all starts.
