I didn't know this. Many states actually have a
few laws regarding selling sick puppies, etc. My state has a law against
not getting the registration papers if you were supposed to. For my state,
it says you can get a refund for the puppy OR (this is good..) you keep the
puppy and get 50% of your money back. A lot of the laws seem to
apply to pet stores. Florida has a lot of laws. I skimmed it
though and I didn't see any law pertaining to reg. papers.
