Hi Everybody, I sent my Skydog down to Lakeland Florida. I traded her for a pup and found out today that the person never applied for the Akc papers.. I guess I was lied to.. She (no name) told me that she applied for the papers before the pup left her home.  Today I called AKC and they said that there has been no application on this litter sent in.. I am upset , angry , and sick of being lied to and screwed..I don't know if anybody out there can help me or if anybody has legal experience to help me take this woman to court.. I trusted  this person and have talked to her for two years..
 
For the last couple weeks I have tried to contact her and she is avoiding me. .Now I am so sick of being screwed.. This was my husbands dog and I almost backed out and the woman got upset with me.  I am praying that I am wrong.. As a last ditch effort that maybe something is wrong in her life , I called the police to do a well check since nobody has heard from her.   If she is okay then I know she is just out for herself and I will never , I mean never trust again.. That is finally distroyed in me. I just want everybody to be careful. It is sad and very painful to have this happen and for nobody to care makes it harder.   I want to fly down but my husband is trying to stop me. If I get anymore upset he might wake up to find me gone. I am tired of people like this. Cindy
