Hi Everybody,   I was looking for this person for like two weeks. I really liked this breeder and we were friends. I couldn't beleive this could happen to me with her so I was so broken hearted when someone told me they saw her like yesterday. I reacted on that and thought for sure I was being avoided..  I then called the woman that told me this and she corrected herself and told me it was a week ago. She was confused with someone else with the same name.. So again I was back to worrying about this person .. So last night ,, (after I wrote this e-mail to you guys) I called the local police to do a well check on the family..      Well, at 6:00 am this morning I got a phone call. The person called me and I didn't know if I show cry or be mad but I was so happy to hear she was okay.. She had to go to Kentucky .. Her best friend got killed in an auto accident a week a go..   She just got home yesterday.   Anyway, she and
 I talked for 2 hours and I told her she will either love or hate me after reading all my e-mails but I am just glad she is okay and not avoiding me. I am sorry about her friend though..      She told me that she had like 3000 or 4000 e-mails and phone calls of people doing just as I did .. The would start out nice, then worry, the be upset.. So I told her she built up a trust for all of us and the next time to put something on her website or on the phone message.  She then said , why didn't you call my cell phone??? Duh!!! I never thought about it. OH well, she is okay, I feel like a fool , but I also can see why I would worry but she is okay. told her to deal with the 3000 to 4000 other people and just keep in touch with me. I am okay now..      Also , when I traded for my brindle girl in Nov. the woman had a near fatal accident which left 2 teens dead.. The teens hit her and her husband.. She spent a week in ICU so  I
 went through that in Dec.. I am beginning to think maybe dog trades and I don't go hand in hand..     So I just wanted to tell everybody what happened..  I traded her for a pup and found out today that the person never applied for the Akc papers.. I guess I was lied to.. She (no name) told me that she applied for the papers before the pup left her home.  Today I called AKC and they said that there has been no application on this litter sent in.. I am upset , angry , and sick of being lied to and screwed..I don't know if anybody out there can help me or if anybody has legal experience to help me take this woman to court..  just out for herself and I will never , I mean never trust again.. That is finally distroyed in me. I just want everybody to be careful. It is sad and very painful to have this happen and for nobody to care makes it harder.   I want to fly down but my husband is trying to stop me.
