Marsha, Me too, our neighbors only complain when someone leaves their dog out all night barking (which I understand). We get frushtrated at this also, but haven't made any ripples with the borough about it. Our problem is that it drives us crazy and our next door neighbor.
So if anyone has some information we could use to stop Sparticus (we call him Sparty) from barking so much we would be greatful!
