Marco will sometimes use his puppy pad to pee and poop and sometimes he will do so on the carpet. He has also taken to grabbing the puppy pad off the floor(carpet) and running around with it. It is not a toy and I would like some advice on how to stop him from doing this. I have placed his carrier on one end and his litter box on the other end but they aren't heavy enough to weigh it down. I say NO loudly and clap my hands when I don't want him to do something. It usually stops him in his tracks but I can't watch him 24/7 and still get my work done. Help please.
