Exactly what I am saying. Lets punish the people, not the innocent animals that have been made into vicious beings!

I think when the dog is removed from a home to be reprogrammed, the people who owned it and encouraged vicious behavior should be held accountable to the authorities........in my opinion, this is also a form of "animal abuse".  Sash.

lets say someone lives in a "three strikes" area. I don't think on the third
strike, the dog should be killed, I think the dog should be removed from
it's owners, taken someone where a professional can "reprogram it" and the
owner should be banned from owning any more! jmo
