Sorry Rock, but I agree with Kay. I feel so bad for Wawa but this is
the third time! I live in a condo and Harvey is leashed. However I
carry him out the door to make sure no big dogs are around.I NEVER
take him to the dog park because of irresponsible owners. Also I watch
him in my sister's yard because there are hawks, owls, etc. that would
love to eat a chi. You must take responsibility and be more careful.
