wow tough problem,
sounds like being in the kenel was a problem that he is taking 
out on you.  Id get him fixed and maybe try keeping him outside 
when possible,  did you son rough up this dog or tease it?

sounds like he really is screwed up from being parked in a cage 
all day but you gotta do what is  necessary.

Take him over to the vet and see what they say, but its prolly not 
going to hurt to get him fixed, he will calm down some.
