How sad.. I am glad we have groups like this so we can stick together and educate eachother. I would pray for someone like him to learn write from wrong.. Maybe he will join one of our groups and learn to have a heart.. All we can do is hope.
 
It breaks my heart.. I love these guys so , so much. I      can't see anybody hurting my loved ones. Marsha, I'm so glad you said something to him! That is horrible!
Poor little pups. Fifi is a healthy 4 lbs, lays by the radiator
(German houses don't have central heat and ac) and still shivers.
That man could have at least had the decentcy to put a sweater on
