First You have to be the alpha! That means your boss. You have two 2yr olds. Treat them as such. Use a Squirt bottle. If they start a fight YELL a loud no and hit them with a stream of water. Take the treat away for 5 minutes. Hand theml their treats again and Repeat until they get the message that THE BOSS says no arguing! and DON'T stick your hands between two fighting animals.
