not to stpe on your toes or anything but
after training 9 puppies i have learned to walk them after each nap, after they
drink, eat, before each nap, before bed, after they stop playing and about every
20 minutes. lol seriously. esp. when they are really young.

Chihuahuas have much smaller bladders (in comparison to their body
size) than other dogs. You have to take pups out every 1.5 to 2 hours.
It can easily take a chi up to 1 year to potty train. If he refuses to
potty outside, try getting the puppy indoor training pads (at walmart
or pet stores) and see if he will go on those. Whenever he has an
accident and you catch him doing it, tell him no in a firm voice and
put him on the pad. If he even goes one little drop on that pad,
praise him immensly and give him a treat. Good luck, welcome to the
