sugar). Did the breeder not tell you about this and what you should
do to care for a new chi pup? Also, we are Air Force and have always
lived on base. It is a pain to get people on base (just the paper
work), but it only takes about 15 minutes and as long as the visitor
has everything they need and goes in with the military member it can
