Hi there is no way a 13-14 week.old male can do this his sperm  is not ready to make babies...but there is a posibility that some other male got to her  "do you let her go outside"  if so another male got to her if i was you take her to the vet to see if she is.  because  females when they are in heat and after heat their teats  will be  swollen...
