started researching raw just becuase I was so curious and found even my homemade stew was cooking out the vitamins and minerals. That is so true, Jen. Cooking
removes vitamins and minerals from fruits and vegs and meat in a human's
diet, too, of course. Some nationality's do have raw meat
recipes. I'm a vegetarian now, but a long while back I used to eat raw
Kibbi occasionally (a sis-in-law is Lebanese) and it was delicious. It's
ground top sirloin, spices, and you eat it with olive oil and pita bread.
Raw is getting pretty popular with people. This has been
really interesting. I think we're going to some stores tonight that may
have some of the frozen raw for cats and dogs. I'm going to look at
them. I have read a lot about RAW for pets, but still do want to do it
right. thanks=)
