I just read my reply regarding the bark collar, and in hindsight, I must admit, I sound a little bit on the rightous crabby side. my apologies. My experience with that surgery stems from a neighbourhood petition to have a couple do something about their barking huskies. Before attempting any behaviour management techniques, they opted for this surgery. The result was that although the dogs could 'bark' they could make the most sickening throat sounds imaginable, worse than the barking actually.
I bought my bark collar from ebay, and at first I thought it a little on the large size for Nubi, it actually served as doubly effective because he didn't like to wear it. Not because it made the pitchy noise when he barked but because it interfered with his bossiness! HE learned very fast to curb his barks. --- In [email protected], [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: > > In a message dated 4/3/2006 12:51:21 P.M.
