Ok so does the dog have diarrhea or has not pooped all day? big difference here.  And did he eat and keep it down? From what I was understanding, you just got him back with medication, so what he did in the past feeling sick should be subsiding by now.  IS HE EATING! the albon can have the opposite effect and cause constipation but it will work its way out.  At least do us all a favor and CALL the vet let them know how he is doing and acting and what you are experiencing and let us know as well.

I think we may go to the vet though because he never is sick during
the day.  It's always late afternoon and evening and then he's
throwing up and diarrhea.  He hasn't had a normal stool since he's
been home and hasn't eaten but that once just now, seems fine, but
then he always does in the daytime.  Come night, he won't eat and
throws up and has diarrhea.  He hasn't pooped all day...peed once
early this morning but that's it.

then what ever you tried most of worked.  He most have Coccidia or
they would not of put him on Albon.  Albon is good but slow to work.
Watch him closely as I have seen pups with a severe case of Coccidia
start experiencing sugar problems.  I would go with the boiled
chicken and always have some kibble out for him.  Feed him the
chicken at least 4 times a day. Ease off of the Nutrical. Once he is
eating good, you can mix his chicken with what ever you were feeding
him and then remove the chicken all together. OR just continue to
give him the chicken with his food.  He will love you for life.  As
long as he is not throwing up and real bad poopy then the Albon most
be kicking in.
