That's what's so weird about it and has me confused. If his symptoms stayed the same, I'd know better what to do. When he keeps being fine during the day and eating and all and then at night is bad, I just don't know. I've never ever seen this problem but then again I've never had an itty bittier dog than a Shih Tzu and he never had problems.
