We were just at the vet a about a week and a half ago. I asked about
the cough, and they weren't too concerned. Nubi had his heart worm
test at that time and it was negative.

My Pin has some collaping trachea issues, (although I have never seen
a trace of this condition in him), and I am not sure from your message
if you do or don't harness walk? My vet adviced that harness walking
is preferred for the condition. Both my guys have harnesses, and it
makes things easier when walking them. Especially Nubi, as he has a
habit of getting himself all caught up in the lead!! Its kind of funny
actually, he stands there all wrapped up in his lead, staring at you
as if to say " how did that happen!?"

thanks for the tips, I will call the vet and chat with her about it
again.
