Hi Bill,  I have a question about this.. Can we write in caps?   . I sometimes write in caps when my hands are hurting and shifting is almost impossible.  On my better days I type like this but when the arthritis  is acting up I type in caps so it all looks the same. I figure it looks better then all in lower case.. Is this  not allowed anymore???  I read that and I want to make sure I don't walk into hot water unnecessarlly.I never thought of it as yelling so I  guess we learn something every day.. Please  answer me on this'  .  If I  am curious then I am sure at least one other person is.
