That is horrible! Little chis and other little toy dogs I agree should not be in a dog park like that. But then it isn't fair to us that own little dogs, to have our own area is fabulous and unfortunately it takes horrific incidents to make this happen
BTW-we don't even have a dog park near where we live....!
