If you are talking about the AKC, I would say a phone call is in order.
Their number is listed on their website, but if you have a pup you are trying to
register, you will need the sir and dam's AKC numbers as well as the breeder and
litter number. You'll probably get a lot further with a phone call than an
email. If you can't call, try emailing again, in case your email got lost.
