I don't know the specific requirements, but it is my understanding that a dog can be registered at any age, so long as you have the proper paperwork and pay those outrageous fees. I will not guarantee this to be so, but I think it is. But, it would be a lot of headache regardless because before you can register the parents, you gotta make sure their parents were registered and that the litters they came from were registered. Now, if it is simply a matter of both parents came with registration forms and you just didn't bother to send them in to register them, that would be easier, since all you would need to do would be first register the parents, then the litter, then the pups. Like I said, a BIG headache to do and would end up costing a fortune.

Just off the top of your head, do you know if a person can back track after a litter is say a year old?   I know there is something in big late fees........   If the sir and dam weren't registered, but are registerable, could they still be registered?  I know that THAT sentence was confusing!! lolll=)
