Correct treatment would probably depend on the cause of the hair loss.
After two years and still not completely back, sounds to me like someone
litterally scalped the fellow. I don't have an answer to your question,
but I wanted to say how lucky this little girl was to have found you and
the person who abandoned her...well GRRRRRRRRR.
