I'm hoping some of you may have had some experience with this. Our
human baby is due in December. Our chihuahua absolutely despises
kids. He actually growled at my friend's newborn, who was innocently
sleeping in his carrier! He has never been the aggresor towards kids,
he just doesn't want them anywhere near him. Of course we'll never
leave them alone together, and Rocky will still have an empty lap to
be in at almost any given moment. Since the kidlet will be non-
threatening towards the doglet for many months, we hope he'll
desensitize a bit. Just wondering if anyone has suggestions or
outcomes of similar situations to share?
