Thanks.I would have thought it might be hypoglicemia except for the fact that he eats very well and drinks very well too.I just wasn't sure what to think.After talking with my vet,she seems to think it might be epliepsy.he had symptoms like the ones you described.

At 12 weeks of age, I'd suspect hypoglycemia.  My chi, Chiclet, has very infrequent seizures (about one a year) -- my vet calls it idiopathic canine epilepsy, which basically means she has occasional seizures, no telling why; we've had blood tests and even a very expensive MRI and found nothing wrong.  She doesn't take any meds for the seizures, and although she tends to be kind of groggy and confused for about an hour after a seizure, is fine afterwards.
