just email Donna. Oh is not that far. In fact, if you get approved for the adoption, I am willing to help with transport through KY. Email her, tell her about your baby passing. She is a great lady and will do everything possible to help you out. BUT she does require an application and a home visit to you home before she approves the adoption. She is very careful to make sure these babies never end up back in a bad situation like the ones many of them came from.
