I have pet stairs for the couch. I ended up getting them because my last dog (a Pomeranian) ended up slipping a disc in her back from jumping. It didn’t take any time at all to teach Meeker to use the stairs… just put a few treats on the stairs and redirection everytime she jumped down instead of using the stairs. I also have a high bed, but was able to position a “husband” chair up against it and Meeker uses that to climbing up.

I have the same problem with my Chis, the bed is too high and I'm
constantly picking them up. Would be nice to have something like the
Scamp Ramp or stairs. Does anyone have advice or experience with this?
