I am not worried about it at all. Dasha is the most gentle dog I have ever seen. She never has a problem with new pups, new cats or anything. She is a great watchdog. We have had her since she was a puppy. She has never turned on another animal or person in all this time. Since we live on 8 acres there has been all kinds of wildlife here and there for years. Our cats sleep curled up with dasha at night. You know, I don't even remember how we trained her so well. Even after all these years with her, if you open the door to the house she will wait until you tell her she can come in. She looks mean but she isn't. I don't think it will be a problem at all. My sis in law has 2 annoying Pomerians (sp) and she brings them when she comes. Dasha has never even snapped at them. I couldn't blame her if she did. Those dogs are a mess

How secure do you feel about this? Will you be supervising Dasha around the puppy? All of my chis sleep in the bed.
