I don't know where you live, but unless it's Hawaii, if you put her outside
she will probably freeze to death.
If you look in the group's homepage, Files section, there's a file called
Housebreaking.txt that contains my technique. It worked marvelously on my
two chis and they are 100% pad trained.
Sounds like your new husband is the one who needs some training. He has a
BAD attitude.
