My Chihuahua is about 4months old and he is a real sweetie. I can't
seem to make him know to go outside to potty. He'd rather use the
carpet.YUCKY. also he doesn't seem to like people and will not come to
anyone but me and only me after some real talking. What do I do? I
love this little angel but I have never had a 4pound dog before and
don't know how to train him. Please help if you can. Jude
