I agree, it does not have the proper nutrition for one, but could this be what may be causing his pancreaitis?? It may be a possibility. -- em:-)

Also I can't remember at this point what it is but something else in the cat food is bad for dogs, forgive me but it has been years ago. We had a cocker that loved cat food and he got pretty sick. the vet said it was from the cat food.
