No matter what the reason for it. Do Not use a collar on your
Chihuahua.
Whenever and for whatever reason you are walking your dog Use a
harness.
No not even just to go to the toilet in your own back yard.
Anything can scare your dog and it may bolt. If that happens you could
be the cause of breaking her/his neck and/or preventing your dog from
