Keep looking Amanda, There two Petsmarts within driving distance of my house and I go to the farther one just because I have watched the groomers at both and am more comfortable with the one set. It is your dog and although it is company policy to see the shot record on your dog - would you want them grooming something with Parvo for example and then going directly to your dog to groom it. I feel safer that way.
