Oh no, I totally agree and understand the shot records. I wouldn't want a sick dog coming in with something and making him sick, and I have enough respect for other people's animals to see that from my perspective too. I was just more irrate about the fact that she's that scared of animals, and a 10 lb chi - and yet she's doing the maintenance on them.

It is your dog and although it is company policy to see the shot record on your dog - would you want them grooming something with Parvo for example and then going directly to your dog to groom it.
