I have thought alot of that, and I wonder...is it really even feasible to do so? We have tried the long fence deals, ect and those are a laugh. I am all for people coming to our country to better themselves, but I get really ticked off when I see so many American's that can't find a job and all the aliens can get them, then they send the money back home rather than reinvesting in our economy. And it REALLY ticks me off when they are paid under the table, thus making no contribution to our economy via taxes, yet they can draw upon our resources of healthcare, welfare, ect. I don't think we need to so much limit those coming in (since that seems impossible), so much as strengthen the laws once they are here. First, come legally! Second, pay taxes, third...only citizens should be entitled to social security, welfare, food stamps, free healthcare, free legal representation, ect. So, if they want this stuff, they should be required to become citizens and devote their allegiance to the USA.
I know I will get a lot of bite on this :-) Marsha ----- Original Message ----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] To: [email protected] Sent: Tuesday, December 19, 2006 6:40 AM Subject: Re: [Chihuahuas] Mixed reactions In a message dated 12/19/2006 3:09:23 A.M.
