hey there i am not sure about the car seat but you should check pet smart
they have alot of dog stuff there as for the coat pattern i know of a good
one it is from Simplicity and the number is 4325 it is for extra small dogs
i have made one for my little Lola she is alittle over 4 pounds ..... it

Also he loves to ride, but I don't think riding in my lap is a good
idea (if that air bag ever inflated it would not be pretty. I want
to get him a car seat where he can be restrained (safe) and still
