Marsha,I have 9 chic's and the oldest is 13,I have
been feeding my chic's table scraps since they were
young,I don't give it as their main source,but I
sometimes fix grits and eggs in the morning for
them, they love it and at night sometime I will give
them food, they love carrots, any kind of veg.I sit down
and they gather around me and I go from one to the
other,I feed them out of spoons mostly,my husband
feeds them cereal that he leaves especially for them.I
know most people would not approve, but most of mine
have never had to see a vet, which I contribute that to
my praying for them every day,the Lord takes care of
them.I do not give them bones of any kind.sheila
