Ive bought the book "chihuahuas for dummies" and have tried their solutions to stop the whining but nothing has worked. He has the run of the house when Im able to watch him since he's still being potty trained. When I get busy doing something I put him in a room (not a crate) and close the door...and the whining begins from a small whimper to full out whining! Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Libby
