I asked for opinions and wanted honest ones. I've appreciated every response received. This is such a catch-22 and so complicated, I wanted some outside opinions to help me sort out the best route.
The good news is that it appears that the husky was indoors for the better part of today. He's out now but hasn't been for long, and I'm going to watch and see when he's brought back in. I'm not going to let this slide.
