Did you switch brands of pee pads.  I think someone on this board had a similar 
problem after switching pee pad brands.  I believe they switched back to the 
original kind and the problem was solved.  You can also try restricting him to 
an area.  I think that puppies don't have a full potty control until about 5

My chihuahua Eddie is about 4 months old.  He was doing so well going 
on the pee pee pads and then all of a sudden he seems to go whereever 
he wants again.  I never stopped praising or anything.  Does anyone 
have any suggestions?
