Did you switch brands of pee pads. I think someone on this board had a similar problem after switching pee pad brands. I believe they switched back to the original kind and the problem was solved. You can also try restricting him to an area. I think that puppies don't have a full potty control until about 5 months or so. Good luck! -- em, Pita & Pablo :)
