I have a Fred too!!! Its really big head fred. He was found in the highway doing circles!! I tried to not go look at him but once I did I knew he would be pts at the pound and i had to take him. See he is a hydro dog. He had one bad eye which Finally had to be taken out and his other one is almost blind, he has a dent (honestly a dent) in his head i guess from another dog?? He looks like a 15 pound mix of Jack Russell and chihuahua. Even with his problem he is super smart. He has learned sit, shake , up, Walk( on two hind feet) and circle (while on two hind feet) as well as speak, & housebroke. I think he just appreciates being loved melanie
