Emily...for scabies you need to be using a lotion on yourself. It is a type
of insecticide lotion that you used to could get from the doctor. But they
will not go away unless you do something about them if they are human
scabies. I had them once as a teenages...me and 3 girlfriends. It was
horrible.
But we did not have bites...we had tiny clear blisters all over our hands.
This is where the mites had embedded themselves beneath the skin and made
themselves at home. I was told by a vet once that each species of animal has
it's
own particular parasites...and that say for example...a cat flea could not
live very long on a dog...which leads me to wonder if it is possible for you
to get the scabies from your dog. I am not saying it's not possible...but I
am just not sure how long they would live. The lotion was called Quell or
Kwell lotion. Good Luck...I hope you get things under control soon.
