she has attached herself to you  and wants you all to herself.  have patience   
  have the kids be the ones to give her the treats   chis get some funny ideas 
in their heads   lol
try having the kids sit next to you with touching her  for  a while   my sons 
chis 2  torment the cat she is always scolding them   hope this helps  i have a 
snaping chi i got when he was ten  it took a long time for him to calm down  
now he is a love bug.
