You need to neuter a male dog BEFORE he starts spraying.  If you don't  it is 
very hard to stop them.  You can stop them.  It just takes a lot  of work on 
your part.  I would kennel your dog and when you have him out of  the kennel, 
he should be tied to you.  That way, you can see him when he  does bad and 
correct the behavior.  It will take some time but that is the  only way you 
will 
get him to STOP spraying in your house.  
 
In the future, you may wish to neuter your male dogs before they are  
sexually mature.
