well, Bailey is in need of his post winter grooming so he looks like a walking throw rug at the moment. When he gets really wet, he looks like he's sporting a jeri-curl lmao. Some street flooding here in my immediate area but nothing major. NJ is in a state of emergency because many areas do have bad flooding. My office closed soon after I arrived at work today so I'm enjoying an impromtu day home. Planning a nice nap since the wind and rain kept waking me up during the night!

I had a poodle years ago that could not go out in the rain or her hair became an unbearable mess! I hate to hear about the weather you guys are having...it hasn't been much better here in KY. Everything is just so weird this year!!! Everyone be carefully, as they say, it is raining cats and dogs so don't step in the poodles :-) (seriously, hope no one has property damage or injuries from this weather!)Marsha ----- Original Message ----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] To: [email protected] Sent: Monday, April 16, 2007 10:23 AM Subject: Re: [Chihuahuas] Re: Can they be trained both use a puddle pad and also potty outside my chi and poodle go out in all kinds of weather. I'm careful about limiting their time if its very cold or hot or if its raining, snowing, etc. We have the nor'easter raging here and it was snowing and the wind was blowing like crazy this morning. Tiffany went to the backdoor to be let out. After she got out there, she tried to open the garage door and then just turned and gave me a "how could you? look" lol, she peed reallllyyy fast and ran back in lol. Mine go out in rain, sleet, snow, whatever. You wouldn't think of saying that of a GSD or a beagle or something so why are Chi's different? I have a dog door in the back door and mine always go out to pee --- In [email protected], Jeannine <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > No, it doesn't confuse them.
